You can still order digital photos anytime through our website with no additional fees – they’ll be delivered instantly via download link after payment.

Printed photo options are available after the deadline, but please note:
💰 Why the R80 Service Fee?
After each school’s order deadline, we process and close those orders to maintain our efficient workflow. Late orders require us to:
- Cover additional administrative and handling costs
- Process your order individually outside our normal batch system
- Coordinate separate printing and collection arrangements
- Ensure late orders meet the same quality standards
- Offset increased expenses
The R80 service fee covers this additional administrative work and ensures we can continue offering this convenience to families who need it.
📍 Collection Process
- Collection only: Late order prints must be collected from our office in Meyersdal
- No school delivery: We cannot deliver late orders to schools as our bulk delivery window has closed
- Collection notification: You’ll be notified when your order is ready for collection
Processing time: Allow 3-5 business days for late orders to be completed
⏰ Order Cutoff: All orders close at the end of each year to start fresh for the new school year.
